The Apartments

We offer a variety of apartments, which are located in two houses right next to the Hotel Villa Reale. The House Solitae and the House Dante, have different sized apartments that you can rent for as long as you like.

All apartments have a large terrace with view on the sea, on our private gardens and on the Villa Reale itself.

The Size

We offer apartments with sizes ranging from ca. 40 to 80 M².

The smaller apartments (40 M²) have one bedroom, one opened kitchen, one living room, bathroom and a terrace with sea and garden view. This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

The larger apartments (80 M²) have two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, bathroom, a spacious living room and a terrace with sea and garden view.

These apartments, depending on each specific one, are suitable for 5 to 7 people.

The Equipment

Our apartments are equipped with white wooden floors or bright stone tiles. The modern furniture is bright and the apartments have plenty of natural light coming in through the windows.

All the apartments have air conditioning, a flat-screen SAT television and clotheshorses. Of course, we also offer a washing service.

The kitchen of the apartments are fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, dishes, pots and pans. All our apartments have a gas cooker.

Covers, blankets and pillows are part of the equipment of each apartment. In case you don´t want to bring your own bed linen, we will certainly provide them for you.

The parking is available on request.
